At The Washi Tape Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  Ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our designated returns processing center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
